Govt of India Scholarship in Secondary School Sanskrit has been launched by the Department of School Education, Government of Maharashtra for the students of Class 9th to class 12th. The government of India has introduced this scholarship basically to increase the candidate’s interest in Sanskrit subject.

Eligibility Criteria For Government Of India Scholarship In Secondary School Sanskrit 

Before applying for the scholarship, all the aspirants must check their eligibility from this section of our article.

• Only Indian citizens can apply.
• Class 9th to class 12th students studying Sanskrit as one of the subjects will be eligible to apply.

Rewards of  Secondary School Sanskrit Scholarship

Based on marks secured in Sanskrit subject in the previous examination, the government will provide a scholarship to the deserving students. The amount of scholarship awarded to scholars is as follows:
For Class 9th: INR 100 per month ( for 10 months)
For Class 10th: INR 100 per month (for 12 months)
For Class 11th: INR 125 per month ( for 10 months)
For Class 12th: INR 125 per month (for 12 months)

 
How To Apply For Government of India Scholarship In Secondary School Sanskrit Scholarship

• Students wishing to apply for the scholarship can go through the following steps:
• Aspirants can apply via online mode.
• Click here to register online here.
• Firstly, candidates have to register as a new user.
• Students must ensure that their mobile number should register with the Aadhaar card.
• Now, complete your Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometric.
• Fill all the required details to complete the registration process.
• After the completion of registration, students have to login using username and password.
• Complete your application process and finally submit the application form.
