Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM) 2020, Eligibility, Last Date, Form

GRAAM Scholar Program is the public policy research organizations offering a one-month long scholar program. It is the internship program that enables the students to gain practical experience in conducting research with the field partners. Candidates will also get an opportunity to publish their work in the annual journal of the organization. Postgraduates, researchers and practitioners in the development sector are eligible for this scholar program.

GRAAM Scholar Program Eligibility

• In order to be eligible for GRAAM Scholar Program 2020, candidates have to fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
• Indian as well as international candidates can apply for this scheme.
• No age bar to be eligible for this scholarship.
• This scheme is open for candidates holding a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Development Management/Business Administration from a national/international institution.
• Also, researchers and practitioners in the development sector are eligible.

GRAAM Scholar Program Reward

• Partial scholarship support will be provided to the selected scholars.
• Scholars will get an opportunity to work with a grassroots organization.
• Selected candidates can carry out the research work under the mentorship of GRAAM.
• To receive the scholarship, candidates have to submit a separate letter with a title “request for partial/full scholarship” along with the other documents.

List Of Documents Enclosed With The Application Form:

• CV
• Scanned copy of identity proof
• Statement of Purpose including the area of interest, relevant skills, experience and motivation for applying to this program (not more than 500 words)
• Letter for “Request for partial/full scholarship”
• Scanned copy of bonafide certificate or letter of reference/recommendation by an institution
• Scanned copy of documentary proof about the educational qualification (previous year mark sheet/passing certificate)

GRAAM Scholar Program Important Dates:

The application form of the GRAAM Scholar Program 2020 has been available now. Check below all the important dates:

• Application deadline – 31st Aug
• Result announcement – 30th sep
• Period of internship - Oct 15th, to Nov 15th, and Nov 01st, to Nov 30th, (candidates can select anyone)

GRAAM Scholar Program Selection Procedure:

Total of 20 candidates will be selected. The selection will be based on the documents submitted by the candidates.
