International Olympiad of English Language (IOEL) 2020, Last Date, Eligibility, Application Form 

International Olympiad of English Language is the whole soul organized by Silver Zone Foundation. The main purpose of this foundation is to infuse students with the talent of the English Language. The test offers them a way to showcase their knowledge of English through the test. The competition takes place based on the syllabus prescribed by CBSE/ICSE and other state boards. This test is based on the English Language that helps participants to develop their general English and comprehension skills.

International Olympiad of English Highlights

Eligibility Criteria International Olympiad of English

Level 1

All the students of classes from 1^st to 12^th are eligible

Level 2

• Top 1000 International Olympiad rank holder’s form each class will compete for the position in second-level examination with a minimum of 50% marks.
• In addition to the above mentioned, the first rank holders having 75% marks on level 1 for school having more than 100 participants are also eligible.

Level 3

1^st Rank holder of level 2 from class 6^th to 12^th will be eligible for level 3.Level 3 will be conducted in New Delhi, India.

International Olympiad of English Language Awards

Level 3-Cash Prize of INR 75,000 OR Trip to London along with Trophy.

Level 2-

Students will receive cash prize between 15k to 75k along with the winner’s trophy and participant certificate.

Level 1-

The awards consist of wristwatches, Achievement certificates, and gold silver and bronze medals

How to Apply for International Olympiad of Science Test

The prospectus containing the registration form will be sent to the schools registered under IOE. Schools that are not registered can also request for the prospectus via email at info@silverzone.org  or can call on 011-26166210/11/12.

Schools are supposed to send filled applications to the foundation before the due date. Students can only register through their schools.

International Olympiad of English Test Pattern

1. The Olympiad is organized in respective schools who are participating in IOEL. The test will be conducted during school hours.
2. The test will be objective types with 60 minutes of duration. The test compromises of 40 multiple choice questions from class I and class II and 50 MCQs for class III to XII. The questions are formed class-specific and contain three categories-

(Class I-II)

• General English
• Comprehension and Composition
• Scholar ‘s Zone

(Class III-VI)

• Grammar and Vocabulary
• Comprehension and Composition
• Scholar’s Zone

Class VII-XII

• Comprehension and Composition
• Grammar and Vocabulary
• Scholar’s Zone

The test will be conducted on two dates. Each set of Olympiad has a separate set of question papers.
