ONGC Foundation Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students 2020-21, Registration Online, Application Form

ONGC Foundation Scholarship Scheme for OBC Category 2020-21 is disseminated by the ONGC foundation. The scholarship offers financial assistance to the students who are from the OBC category and are in the first year of Engineering /MBBA/MBA or Masters in Geophysics/Geology Program. Further, the scholarship has helped many students to make the best out of their careers and have a successful life ahead.

Eligibility Criteria for ONGC Foundation Scholarship

To apply for ONGC Foundation Scholarship Scheme for OBC Category one need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• Students must belong to the OBC category.
• Must be in the 1^st year if applying for engineering or in the MBBS course or 1st year of Master’s degree in Geology /Geophysics or MBA.
• Must have scored a minimum of 60% marks or relevant CGPA /OGPA in class 12^th engineering and MBBS courses and minimum 60% marks in PG courses.
• Family income should be less than INR 2 lakh P/A from all the sources.
• It should not extend more than 30 years as of 1^st January 2020-21.

Rewards of Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students 2020-21

The selected students will get the amount of INR 4000 per month i.e. INR 48,000 P/A. The scholarship will be given to 500 students.

• Fill in all the mandatory details.
• Upload all the documents required.
• Submit your application.

Documents Required

• Category certificate in English/Hindi.
• Copy the birth certificate /class 10^th certificate as DOB proof.
• Graduation mark sheet for MBA /Masters in geophysics/geology.
• Bank details of the applicants.
• Copy of a PAN Card

Selection Criteria

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their economic condition and academic scores. 

Terms and Conditions

• The scholarship will be offered yearly on the basis of the academic scores of the students.
• Students need to maintain it’s their marks at least 60% in each semester to continue their scholarship.
• The scholarship will be discontinued if the candidate fails in any semester.
• 50% scholarship will be reserved for girl candidates.
• Selected candidates must not be getting any other scholarships.
