Post Matric Gujarat Scholarship SC/ST/OBC/EBC/Minority/SEBC 2020 step was taken by the Gujarat Government for making education standard to level that students of weaker sections of society should be able to pursue their studies without any hurdle. The government of Gujarat post-matric scholarships especially to the students who are belonging to SC/ST /OBC /EBC /Minority /SEBC categories. The main aim of this scholarship is to focus on category communities with weak economic background and give them the best education facilities.

Who is offering Post Matric Gujarat Scholarship For SC/ST/OBC /EBC /Minority /SEBC Students?

The scholarship is granted by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, State of Gujarat. 

Post Matric Gujarat Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/EBC/Minority /SEBC Students Eligibility:

The scheme is centrally sponsored and the central government gives 100% grant for this scholarship. Candidates must have the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be of SC/ST /OBC /EBC /Minority /SEBC category.
• Must be studying in class 11th and above.
• Family income should not be more than 1 lakh to 2 lakh P/A from all the sources. (Vary from category).
• Must be the domicile holder of Gujarat.

Post Matric Gujarat Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC /EBC /Minority /SEBC students has multiple rewards along with certain allowances like a hostel, books, etc. The students will be provided benefits up to INR 750 to 1000 (vary from category ).
