Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students, Maharashtra 2020 welcomes all the OBC students to apply for this scholarship. The scholarship is granted by the Government of India of Maharashtra state to encourageOBC students to pursue Post-Matric education. This scholarship is a wonderful platform for students of the backward class to pursue their dreams in the form of educational development. 

Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students 2020 Eligibility

The students must complete the following criteria to apply for the scholarship-

• Family income must not exceed more than 1 lakh.
• Applicant should belong to the OBC category and all the children of the same parents can apply.
• The applicant should not be getting any other scholarship.
• Candidate working as a full-time employee is not eligible.
• The candidate is not eligible for the scholarship if he/ she fails in any class.

Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students, Maharashtra Rewards

• Eligible students will be given a maintenance allowance of INR 90 to INR 190 p/m(Hosteller) and INR 150 to INR 450 p/m for day scholar.
• All Compulsory fees will also be reimbursed.

3. Submit the form to the related college.
4. The college will check the form and forward the selected application to the Asstt. Comm. Social Welfare for sanction.
5. The online application process is for the next five years only, after that the application is renewed by the college only and will be forward to related authority to sanction.
