• Students belonging to SEBC caste.
• His /her parents/guardian’s Income should not exceed more than INR 1 to 2.5 lakh P/A.
• She/he must not be getting any other scholarship.
• Candidate must be a regular, full-time student studying in Government School or in a school recognized by a govt. or a central /state board of secondary education.
