Pre Matric ST Scholarship Schemes Class 9 and 10, Tripura 2021 is offered by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The scholarship is offered from class 9th and 10th students that aims to offer financial support to ST category students. There are various benefits which will be offered to the selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria For Pre Matric ST Scholarship Schemes Class 9 and 10, Tripura 2021-22

 To be eligible, applicants must be the following:

• One must be the domicile holder of Tripura state.
• Must be a regular going student of class 9th or 10th from a recognized government or a central state board of secondary education.
• Must be from the ST category.
• Family income must be less than INR 2 lakh P/ A.

Rewards Of Pre Matric ST Scholarship Schemes Class 9 and 10, Tripura 2021-22

You will be getting benefits like-

Day Scholar –

• INR 150 per month for 10 months.
• For books and ad hoc grants INR 750

For hostellers –

• INR 350 maintenance allowance for 10 months.
• INR 1000 per annum for books and ad hoc grants.

Application Procedure Of Pre Matric ST Scholarship Schemes Class 9 and 10, Tripura 2021-22

To apply for Pre Matric Scholarship for ST students, Tripura follows the mentioned steps. 

• Read the guidelines carefully and select your scholarship.
• Along with that select your category, gender, applicant’s name, date of birth, mobile number, etc.
• Visit www.schoalrship.gov.in
• Give bank details like IFSC Code, account number, etc.
• Select your identity detail Adhaar or bank account number and click register.
• You will get an OTP number on your mobile number.
• Login using the OTP number and fill in the rest of the details.
• Information once registered will not be changed.
• Attach the following list of documents –
  • Passport size photograph.
    Attested copy of certificate/ degree/ diploma (last passed examination).
    Income certificate
    Income declaration if the parents/ guardians are self-employed.
    Acknowledge slip of a scholarship in the previous year.

• A caste certificate duly signed by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
• An income declaration by self-employed parents/guardians.

• Tripura domicile holder who is studying in another state will be offered a scholarship.

• The award will depend on the good conduct/ regularity of an applicant.
  
• The scholarship will be renewed for class 10th only if a student will pass class 9th.
