Sasakawa India Leprosy Foundation Scholarship for Nursing Students is a push towards women empowerment. This scholarship is only available for the institutions registered or recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. The scholarship is offered under the Sasakawa- India Leprosy Foundation (S-ILF).

Eligibility Criteria: Scholarship for Nursing Students

• Girl candidate pursuing B.Sc. Nursing course.
• Have one parent who has leprosy and must be residing in a self-settled colony.
• Must be in first-year applicants in nursing.
• Must not be getting any other scholarship.

Rewards Sasakawa-India Leprosy Foundation Scholarship

The benefits under Nursing Scholarship for Girls Sasakawa-India Leprosy Foundation 2021 are that the leprosy foundation dhfl scheme supports a maximum INR 88,000 per student that includes tuition fees, admission fees, mess fees, boarding hostel, etc. A monthly stipend of INR 1000 will be received by the scholarship holder

• Students in the first year of nursing

• If any candidate decides not to hold the scholarship, the offer will be given to another available candidate.
