The Maharashtra State Benefits and Services is an initiative of Maharashtra State Government, which is created to help citizens to avail of benefits through the various schemes. As per the honourable chief minister of Maharashtra State Shree Devendra Fadnavis says that “Our policies have ensured a greater participation of people with a single purpose to reach the direct benefits of every project to the last mile users”, the foremost purpose of MahaDBT is to provide Automation, Streamlining & Effective Management of processes related to Application Receipt, Processing, Sanction and Disbursement of benefits to the beneficiary account. Suvarna Mahotsavi is a Scholarship for ST students provided by the Maharashtra government of the particular state. It’s a Scholarship which is providing under the Tribal Development Department of Maharashtra government at Pre Matric level. 

Suvarna Mahotsavi Scholarship Reward 2019

A sum of Rs.4500 will be provided to the students belonged to schedule tribe. The total amount of the Suvarna Mahotsavi Scholarship Scheme will be transferred directly to the students’ bank account in three installments as: 
The first instalment (30% amount) between 15th Jun – 15th Sep
Second instalment (30% amount) between 16th Sep-15th Dec
Third instalment (40% amount) between 16th Dec-15th Apr

Who Is Eligible For Suvarna Mahotsavi Scholarship 2019

• A student who belong to Schedule Tribes (ST) community.
• A student whose annual family income is equal to or less than Rs.1,08,000. 
• A student whose attendance is minimum 80 % throughout the year.
• If a student wishes to renew the of scholarship for next year he/she must have to pass the examination.
• The school clerk has to apply for renewal on behalf of the student.

• Select he Aadhaar Card status
• If you have then Authenticate your Aadhaar card

• Login at MahaDBT portal with your with your user id and password and apply for the Suvarna Mahotsavi Scholarship scheme.

Selection Procedure For Suvarna Mahotsavi Scholarship

The selection procedure is 

• All the applications received from the students and will be evaluated by The Maharashtra State Benefits and Services.

• Qualifiers of Suvarna Mahotsavi Scholarship Scheme will be notified individually.

• The decision of The Maharashtra State Benefits and Services will be final and binding.

Mandatory Note & Policies 

• The applicant must have to provide the income proof of his parents at the time of applying for the scholarship.

• As this scholarship is only for ST category students the applicant has to provide the caste certificate as well to verify its category.
