Those students who fulfil the below-mentioned criteria are eligible to apply

An applicant must be perusing technical or professional course.
The applicants must have a family income not exceeding more than-

• Rural Area - INR 1,20,000 per year.
• Urban Area - INR 1, 50,000 per year.

• For the one-year professional study - INR 125 p/m
• For government ITI- INR 400 p/m

• Self-attested caste certificate.
• Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card.
• First Page of Bank pass book/cancelled the check.
• Fee receipt of current course.
• Break affidavit if a gap is more than one year. 
• Income certificate attested by a competent authority (form no.16 required for govt. employee)
• School leaving certificate.
• Hostel Certificate only for hostellers.
• School /current year bonafide certificate.
