Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship is also focusing on the minority students of West Bengal. Swami Vivekananda Scholarship is known as ‘Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship For Minorities, West Bengal’ which is disseminated by West Bengal Minorities, Development and Finance Corporation which is further looked after by Minority affairs and Madrasah education Department, Government of West Bengal. Swami Vivekananda Scholarship aims at offering financial support to the meritorious students who are studying in class 11th to postgraduate level. The scholarship is only for the minority students of West Bengal.

Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Scheme For Minorities 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Scheme For Minorities 2021 will be accepted only when the mentioned conditions will be fulfilled –

• Must hold a Domicile of West Bengal 
• Studying in class 11th to PG in college/ institute located in West Bengal. 
• Applicant must be from the Minority community.
• Family annual income should be less than 2.5 lakh P/ A. 
• Applicants must hold a minimum of 75% marks in Madhyamik Pariksha excluding optional subjects. This is for the students who are studying at Higher Secondary level. 
• To study in Diploma courses, one must have scored a minimum of 75% marks in the aggregate which does not include an optional subject. 
• The students who are studying at the undergraduate level must have scored a minimum of 75% marks in class 12th.
• Postgraduate candidates must have scored a minimum of 53% in Honors subject at graduation level. 
• Must have scored a minimum of 55% marks for pursuing a master's in engineering.

Swami Vivekananda Scholarship Scheme 2023 Rewards

Swami Vivekananda Scholarship rewards majorly depend upon the course or level of study students are currently pursuing.

The selected students will get INR 12K To 60K P/ A.

Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme 2023 For Minorities Application Form

The registration form has been filled by the applicant. The applicant’s ID will be generated for the candidate which is of 15 digits characters. Fill in the further information for setting up the profile and then note down your login ID for future reference. Click www.svmcm.wbhed.gov.in for registration. Then choose your registration category and then click “Apply for Fresh Application”. After complete registration, you will get an application ID which you can use for further processing. Now login again and fill in the rest of the information and attach all your documents. Then finally submit your application.
